Ingredients/Materials:
1. A ripe mango
2. Sugar 1 tablespoon
3. Sweet yogurt 1 cup
4. 2/3 pistachio nuts (chopped)
5. Cardamom guar 1 pinch.
6. Some ice cubes

First, peel the mango and take out the flour and divide it
well. Then blend the mangoes in a glass bowl. Then blend the yogurt, sugar, and
ice cubes together. Then pour the mangoes into the yogurt mixture and blend
again. Then pour it into a glass and sprinkle with cardamom powder and
pistachio nuts. It's ready. Delicious ripe mango
juice/Lassi. And serve as you like.

# 1. 1 kg Hog plum
* 2. Pepper powder 1 tablespoon
* 3. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
* 4. Salt 1 tablespoon
* 5. One and a half tablespoons of mustard paste
* 6. One and a half teaspoons of fennel
* 7. Fenugreek 1/4 spoon
* 8. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
*9. Ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander
powder 1 tsp
* 10. Mustard oil 1 cup, dry chili 5
* 11. Basic Panchfodan (condiments)1 teaspoon, black cumin half
teaspoon
*12. Sugar half a cup

Peel and cut the Hog plum into slices. Rub it with chili
powder, turmeric powder and salt. Then blend vinegar, fennel, fenugreek, and
mustard together. Add half the batter, garlic batter, cumin powder, coriander
powder, along with the blended masala. Then place a pan in the oven and add
mustard oil to it.
When the oil gets a little hot, add some black cumin seeds,
whole panchphodan(condiments)and dry chilies and fry it for a few seconds on
low medium heat. You can fry it for some time after stirring it with the
prepared masala. Then add sugar and cover the pan for 15-20 minutes, stirring
it a few times. When the paste/mixture becomes smooth, take it off the stove
and store it in a cool jar. Then my fun ritual was ready.

I have given the ingredients and quantity of 1kg Hog plum
Pickle here. Those who want to make more Amara Pickle should give all the
ingredients according to their own quantity.

*****Tips***
* People with diabetes should not give sugar to keep the
pickle for a long time. Mix 1 teaspoon of sodium benzoate with water and add it
to the pickle before taking it down, then remove it from the oven with a net.
