Cactus Plant Flea Market |
That enormous and brightly colored cactus plant you see at
the flea market? It’s more than just an ornamental garden accessory; it’s also
a bona fide culinary treasure trove. The bright red fruit hidden beneath its
spiky green exterior is full of rich, fruity flavor—almost like strawberry or
watermelon, only better—and the succulent meat makes an excellent topping to
any dish you choose to serve it with. Don’t believe us? Read on to learn about
some of the tastiest treats you can find at the Cactus Plant Flea Market!
Location
Cactus Plant Flea Market food is a delicious and diverse
culinary experience. The vendors range from crepes to deep fried turkey legs,
so there's something for everyone. The Cactus Plant Flea Market is held in
downtown Phoenix every Saturday and Sunday morning from 9-5. I highly recommend
this market because you'll find all sorts of food that you've never seen
before. It's easy to lose track of time with all of the tempting smells and
options available!
What to Eat
The Cactus Plant Flea Market is a great place to get your
hands on some delicious food. There are so many choices of what to eat, so come
hungry! The best part about this market is that there's something for everyone.
Whether you're looking for street food or sit-down meals, this flea market has
it all. Street food favorites include tacos, tortas and quesadillas from
vendors such as Los Primos Tacos.
Craft Beer
I love craft beer, and there's no better place to find it
than the Cactus Plant Flea Market. With over 50 breweries represented, I was
able to sample a number of different beers that I may not have tried otherwise.
One such beer was Prairie Brewmaster - an American style brew with fruity,
floral and earthy notes. It's light in flavor, but has great body, so you can
drink more than one without feeling like you're getting too drunk! The only
thing I found disappointing about the craft beer experience is that some of the
vendors are selling for around $8-$10 for a 16 oz.
People Watching
I was walking around, people watching, and decided to try
some food. I ordered a Cactus Plant Flea Market snow cone and it was AMAZING!
The price was just $2.00 and I will definitely be back for more of these tasty
treats next time I'm in town! I also found an amazing sushi place that sold
amazing ceviche for $4.00 - Definitely worth checking out if you're in town!

donuts and ice cream. There's something for everyone.
Cactus Plant Flea Market food McDonald's offers
The Cactus Plant Flea Market is a great place to find fresh
produce, handmade crafts, and so much more. It's also home to some of the
tastiest eats around! McDonald's offers its famous food with a Mexican twist.
Try their deliciously seasoned fries in two different flavors: Ranch or Diablo
(spicy). They also offer tasty tacos for only $2 each - choose from carnitas,
chicken, or carne asada. Don't forget about the nachos, with cheese, beans,
salsa fresca and jalapeños on top.
Credit Cards & Shopping Bags
Cash is King at this market. It's cash only, but you can get
food credit cards for a few bucks. It would be a good idea to bring your own
shopping bags as well. You'll find more than just vintage goodies on these
market stalls and there will probably be plenty of things that don't fit into
your bag. If you're looking for one-of-a-kind items or treasures, then head
over to the Cactus Plant Flea Market!
It's Always Sunny in Tucson!
The Cactus Plant Flea Market is a market that's always sunny
in Tucson. That's because it's always open, and you can find so many delicious
food items there. For example, when I went to this great flea market for the
first time, I was absolutely delighted by what I found. The best part about
this place is the prices are affordable! Plus, it's pretty much an
all-you-can-eat buffet. You will not be disappointed if you visit this
restaurant/flea market.
